Sang Hyun Lee

As a Korean patent attorney at Kim & Chang‘s Intellectual Property Practice, Lee focuses on a wide range of intellectual property (IP) matters including patent prosecution, analysis, opinion, and litigation, in numerous technical areas, e.g. e-commerce, business methods and computer hardware. He was also involved in patent acquisition and licensing deals, software copyright disputes, open source software license compliance, trade secret misuse cases, and other legal cases involving software issues.
